Shure PG57-XLR Dynamic Instrument Microphone with XLR Cable
The Shure PG57 is a versatile microphone for amplified or acoustic instruments. The PG57’s tailored frequency response is smooth and extended, tuned specifically for instrumental applications. The cardioid polar pattern picks up the most sound from in front of the microphone and some sound from the sides. It is less susceptible to feedback in high volume settings than many other mics. It has an On/Off switch for onstage control.
Dynamic cartridge has a simple, rugged coil that handles extreme volume levels without distortion. Cartridge includes a neodymium magnet for high output level and an internal shock mount for reduced handling noise. The mic is of durable metal construction with a hardened steel mesh tapered grille that resists wear and abuse. It includes a break-resistant mic clip, a 15ft. (4.57m) cable and storage bag.
